Abstract
The Ostwald ripening mechanism has been studied using sedimentation field-flow fractionation (SdFFF). It has been shown that significant partitioning between different sized droplets occurs for two component disperse phase emulsions, when one of the components is virtually insoluble in the continuous phase.Entities:
