Abstract
Persistent left superior vena cava with absence or atresia of right superior vena cava is a congenital abnormality of systemic venous return to the heart which may complicate the insertion of a pacemaker electrode. We present a case report of a patient with conduction system disturbances in whom this abnormality was diagnosed during pacemaker implantation, with the possibility of using a transvenous electrode without active fixation system.Entities:
