Abstract
Central nervous system (CNS) involvement is a rare condition in relapsing polychondritis. We report a case of meningoencephalitis that revealed relapsing polychondritis in a 70-year-old woman. A vasculitic process is presumed. Patient was treated with steroids and dapsone, and no relapse was observed after a follow-up of 2 years.Entities:
