Abstract
A rare case of bleeding Meckel's diverticulum in an adult, in which Tc-99m pertechnetate scan, mesenteric angiography, and barium examination failed to establish the diagnosis, is presented. The diagnosis was made by laparoscopy, and a laparoscopically assisted resection was carried out with a smooth postoperative course, early discharge from the hospital, and rapid return to work.Entities:
