Abstract
Jaundice is usually a late feature in the course of hepatocellular carcinoma and is only rarely due to obstruction. We present two cases of obstructive jaundice, in which the cause of obstruction in both patients was a massive intraluminal filling defect within the common bile duct which proved to be hepatocellular carcinoma.
