Abstract
We report a case of renal autotransplantation in a patient with right retroperitoneal fibrosis that had been previously treated by ureterolysis with intraperitonization and corticoid therapy without success. The literature is briefly reviewed and the therapeutic possibilities in refractory retroperitoneal fibrosis are discussed, with special reference to renal autotransplantation.Entities:
