Abstract
We report a case of pseudolymphoma of the kidney. Examination of a surgically resected specimen showed that the lesion was localized in the renal parenchyma. It was impossible to achieve an accurate preoperative diagnosis clinically or radiologically because there were no characteristic findings. To the best of our knowledge no previous case of a pseudolymphoma localized in the renal parenchyma has been reported.Entities:
