Abstract
Four patients with chronic schizophrenia were treated with a combination of fluvoxamine, haloperidol, and benztropine. The combination significantly impaired performance on tests of delayed recall memory and attentional function. Haloperidol concentrations in serum were monitored in three patients and were robustly elevated by fluvoxamine.Entities:
