Abstract
A 59-year-old woman with previously undiagnosed hypoparathyroidism presented with a tonic-clonic seizure 38 years after thyroidectomy. This case is unusual because of the initial presentation, but also unique because it is the longest latency period between surgery and presentation in recent literature.Entities:
