Abstract
A middle aged woman presented with obstructive jaundice of 6 months duration. Radiological investigations revealed multiple pyogenic liver abscesses with the possibility of choledocholithiasis. Exploration of common bile duct revealed that Fasciola hepatica was responsible for the illness. The case is reported because of its rarity.Entities:
