Abstract
We report a case of otomycosis due to Scopulariopsis brevicaulis in a patient who has undergone tympanoplasty 3 months before. Mycological finding led us to consider this fungus as the causative agent. Whereas in vitro studies show a better efficiency of azole derivatives, cure was obtained with nystatine after two treatment failures in our patient.Entities:
