Abstract
We describe a patient who developed progressive dyspnea, lung infiltrates, and restrictive lung disease in association with the antidepressant fluoxetine hydrochloride (Prozac). The pathologic findings were consistent with hypersensitivity pneumonitis. An associated pulmonary phospholipidosis was also noted.Entities:
