Abstract
Origin of the right coronary artery from the pulmonary trunk rather than the aorta is a rare congenital anomaly. Only five cases of this anomaly have presented with signs and symptoms of ischemia. One of these cases, along with objective evidence for the cause of the ischemia and recommendations regarding surgical repair, is presented here.Entities:
