Abstract
Emphysematous gastritis is a rare, often lethal condition of gastric mural inflammation and gaseous dissection. Infection with gas-forming organisms is the most frequently cited cause. In all previously reported patients, the clinical presentation was dramatic. We report on an immunocompromised host who had a surprisingly subtle clinical presentation.Entities:
