Abstract
Choledochal cyst mimicking a pancreatic pseudocyst radiographically has not yet been reported. We report such a patient with a choledochal cyst whose initial presentation was acute pancreatitis. Ultrasound and computed tomography scan showed images that resembled a pancreatic pseudocyst.Entities:
