Abstract
Hemiresection-interposition arthroplasty of the distal radioulnar joint has been carried out in 12 men. The indication was osteoarthritis with an intact triangular fibrocartilage, or when the fibrocartilage could be reconstructed. The average age was 41 years and average follow up for 53 months. In all the patients, there was relief of pain and a significant increase in movement and in grip strength.Entities:
