Abstract
Three new (25S)spirost-5-en-3 beta,17 alpha,27-triol glycosides were isolated from the rhizomes and roots of Smilax menispermoidea and S. lebrunii. Their structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic and chemical methods. Several known saponins were also isolated and identified.Entities:
