Abstract
The case history of a cadaveric kidney graft recipient with complete non-functioning of the lower urinary tract is reported. An ileal conduit was formed 16 months prior to transplantation. The graft ureter was implanted into the conduit without any problems, graft functioning was excellent, and no surgical, metabolic, or infectious complications occurred during the 18-month follow-up period.Mesh:
