Abstract
A new polymorphism has been identified in the gene for the dopamine D2 receptor. The polymorphism was found by single-stranded conformational polymorphism (SSCP) analysis. Sequencing revealed an insertion at a BsoF1 restriction site. This polymorphism in the 3'-untranslated region was found at a frequency of 0.07 in Centre d'Etude du Polymorphisme Humain (CEPH) parents.Entities:
