Abstract
Atypical polypoid adenomyoma (APA) is a rare entity that is believed to follow a benign course. We report a case of APA with coexistent endometrial adenocarcinoma. The example raises the possibility that APA may progress to endometrial adenocarcinoma in some cases.Entities:
