Abstract
The authors describe the case of a female patient who presented with recurrent rectorrhagia of unexplained origin. The diagnosis was wirsungorrhagia complicating advanced calcifying chronic pancreatitis. Analysis of the surgical specimen led to fortuitis discovery of a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour.Entities:
