Abstract
Accumulation of 125I-labelled albumin in the mouse hind foot has been used to measure reactions of delayed hypersensitivity in the mouse. The assay is technically simple and permits use of groups of 10 or more animals. Its sensitivity and reproducibility have been demonstrated by comparing sensitized with non-sensitized animals in two antigen systems (P.P.D. and an extract of Trypanosoma cruzi).Entities:
