Abstract
Cutaneous metastases presenting as the first sign of cancer are rare. We present two cases of such metastases, one being a so-called sister Mary Joseph's nodule. The histologic findings revealed adenocarcinomas with features suggesting a primary gastrointestinal neoplasm.Entities:
