Abstract
Among development abnormalities of the upper urinary tract, ureteral duplication is a very common finding while triplication is quite rare. Ureteral quadruplication is exceedingly unusual; to our knowledge only three cases have been reported over the past 25 years and all of them concerned adult patients. We present a case of unilateral quadruplicated ureters in a 9-month-old infant. Review of the literature failed to reveal documentation of such a case.Entities:
