Abstract
The authors describe two cases of secondary sciatica due to radicular compression by a gas containing cyst in the extra dural space. The diagnosis was realized with CT-Scan and magnetic resonance imaging. In both cases removal of the cyst provided relief. The pathogenesis of the presence of epidural gas is discussed and the literature reviewed.Mesh：
