Abstract
We present a 54-year-old man with a testicular metastasis originating from a transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder. Initially, radical cystectomy and ileal-conduit urinary diversion were performed, followed 9 months later by urethrectomy for local recurrence. A year later he presented with a tumorous right testis proved to harbor transitional cell carcinoma.Entities:
