Abstract
Carpal tunnel syndrome is common in adults but rare in children. It is known to occur in association with the mucopolysaccharidoses and other systemic conditions in childhood. We describe three children with a mild variant of mucopolysaccharidosis II (Hunter's syndrome) in whom disabling median nerve compression was treated by standard decompression.Entities:
