Abstract
A case of Raynaud's phenomenon, was complicated with autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) during the clinical course, and subsequently with gangrene of the fingertips caused by CRST syndrome (calcinosis cutis, Raynaud's phenomenon, sclerodactyly and telangiectasia). The presence of anticentromere antibodies is rare in AIH; to date, there has been only one report of a combination of AIH and CRST syndrome. This combination of the two diseases has been identified only in Japan.Entities:
