Abstract
Clinical characteristics of radiosensitive craniopharyngiomas and histologically identical tumours were re-evaluated from among 53 patients. There were 9 squamous cell type and 3 mixed type tumours. Early effects of radiosurgery for two recent cases are reported. Radiosurgery may have an important role to play in the treatment of craniopharyngiomas, especially of the squamous cell type.Entities:
