Abstract
In a prospective study, 103 patients underwent operative procedures on the testis, epidydimis or spermatic cord using the technique of spermatic cord block anaesthesia. The procedures were tolerated well and all patients were treated on a day case basis. There were no complications attributable to the technique. We consider cord block anaesthesia to be a safe and cost-effective technique suitable for intrascrotal surgery.Entities:
