Abstract
Six cases of foot drop following brain lesions in patients suffering from parasagittal pathology are reported. In three of these cases, foot drop was the first clinical presentation. The commonly held view that foot drop is mainly due to peripheral or spinal pathology, though correct, may lead to unnecessary investigation and delayed diagnosis.Entities:
