Mirror image osteochondral defects of the talus and distal tibia.

Abstract

We describe a patient with an osteochondral defect of the talus and a mirror image lesion of the adjacent tibial plafond. Modification of the existing classification of osteochondral fractures of the talus may be necessary to describe such lesions.
