Humeral supracondylar spur and Struthers' ligament. A rare cause of neurovascular entrapment in the upper limb.

I al-Naib1.

Abstract

A supracondylar spur with its associated Struthers' ligament is a rare cause of compression of the brachial artery and median nerve at the supracondylar region of the humerus. This paper records five cases, four of which have undergone surgical decompression with complete recovery.
