Abstract
We report a case of duodenal duplication and review of literatures on 43 cases reported in Japan including ours. A 34-year-old female who was admitted with chief complaints of epigastric pain and hematoemesis. An endoscopic examination and a hypotonic duodenography revealed a protruding tumor with bleeding ulcer. Wedge resection of the duodenum, including the lesion, was performed. A diagnosis of duodenal duplication was made by histopathological examination.Entities:
