Abstract
We present the rare case of a 62-year-old woman with Churg-Strauss syndrome associated with a left third nerve palsy and a mononeuritis multiplex. Cranial nerve palsies are unusual in patients with Churg-Strauss syndrome, and the most frequent cranial nerve lesion observed is an ischemic optic neuritis. Third nerve involvement secondary to vasculitis-induced ischemia is extremely rare in this disorder.Entities:
