Abstract
An unusual left atrial mass in an infant after repair of truncus arteriosus was imaged by transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography. The mass was identified as an inverted left atrial appendage, and the patient underwent uncomplicated surgical eversion. Unnecessary anticoagulation was avoided.Entities:
