Abstract
A case of meningeal sarcoma arising at the site of a prior subdural hematoma and mimicking an acute subdural hematoma on noncontrast CT is presented. The potential confusion between a hyperdense, nonhemorrhagic lesion and a hematoma on CT is highlighted. This report also reviews the possible relationship between meningeal injury and subsequent neoplastic change.Entities:
