Abstract
In the past 15 years, many of the mechanisms underlying the molecular origins of cancer have been uncovered, and a clear picture of the role of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes in carcinogenesis has developed. This article reviews the mechanisms by which oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes participate in the creation of tumors.Entities:
