Abstract
Lisfranc fracture-dislocations are rare, and their correct diagnosis is important. Misdiagnosis is common and can lead to grave, chronic disability. We present two cases of Lisfranc fracture-dislocation to highlight the mechanisms of injury, clinical presentation, diagnosis, and treatment. Accurate diagnosis by emergency physicians with early orthopedic referral and evaluation are essential because surgery is often necessary for optimal results.Entities:
