Abstract
Extrarenal Wilms' tumours are very rare and have usually been reported as isolated cases. Presentation occurs with a painless abdominal mass. This case report is the first presentation of such a tumour with intraperitoneal haemorrhage. The investigation and surgical management are discussed and the need for urgent surgical assessment reinforced.Entities:
