Abstract
A 64-year-old woman was admitted with chest (pain) and back pain. We found aortic dissecting area from ascending aorta to aortic arch and thoracic descending aorta by enhanced computed tomography. She was diagnosed Stanford type A acute aortic dissection. Emergent operation was performed on Jan. 20th, 1994. During operation, we found an aberrant right subclavian artery from Jan. 20th, 1994. During operation, we found an aberrant right subclavian artery from descending aorta. Using non-clamping selective cerebral perfusion, we could succeed this operation. As far as we know, this is the first report in Japanese literatures.Entities:
