Abstract
We have studied the response of Vibrio vulnificus to temperature shifts (23 to 13 degrees C) within the organism's permissive growth range. Cold shift induced a diminution in protein synthesis. Following a short lag, cells began growth at a new rate. Forty proteins were induced by this downshift.Entities:
