Abstract
Brachymetatarsia is a relatively rare condition, although there are many surgical procedures to correct the condition. The authors present a case study with a 2-year follow-up period demonstrating the successful surgical treatment of a 4th metatarsal brachymetatarsia of the left foot of a 14-year-old female. The operative technique and literature review are discussed. This technique combines the idea of bone grafting with a specific graft shape and donor site to facilitate graft stability and graft healing.Entities:
