Abstract
The cDNA encoding human P5 was cloned and sequenced. The predicted 440-amino-acid (aa) sequence of human P5 contains two thioredoxin-like domains, which are also found in members of the protein disulfide isomerase superfamily. The human and hamster P5 genes reveal 87 and 93% similarity in their nucleotide and deduced aa sequences, respectively.Entities:
