[Chemiluminescence of low density lipoproteins activated by coumarin in the presence of divalent iron ions].

Iu A Vladimirov, M P Sherstnev, T K Azimbaev.

Abstract

Physical-chemical properties of low-density human blood plasma lipoproteins have been studied using the chemiluminescence activated by the coumarin. The difference in the activated chemiluminescence of the native and oxidated lipoproteins can be seen in the fact that the amplitude of the quick flash is larger for the oxidated lipoproteins.
