Abstract
Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome is an acquired illness with ocular, cutaneous, and/or neurologic features. A 4-year-old child who acutely developed visual disturbances and headache and was found to have serous retinal detachments and aseptic meningitis is presented. Improvement was rapid with corticosteroid therapy. This is the youngest reported patient with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome.Entities:
