Abstract
We describe a 53-year-old white woman whose first manifestation of ovarian adenocarcinoma was a sudden onset of severe Raynaud's phenomenon, which rapidly progressed to fixed ischemic changes in her thumb. After surgical removal of the tumor and chemotherapy, the vasospastic features regressed. To our knowledge this is only the 2nd such reported case.Entities:
