Abstract
We treated a case of laryngeal Cryptococcus neoformans infection in a glucocorticosteroid-dependent patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. To our knowledge, this is the first report of successful treatment of laryngeal cryptococcus using oral fluconazole as a single agent.Entities:
