Abstract
Tranilast is an anti-allergic drug clinically used for the treatment of atopy or urticaria. The drug has been shown to have an anti-fibrotic effect as well. We treated two cutaneous sarcoidosis patients with tranilast, resulting in remission within three months of administration. This drug should be an excellent tool for the treatment of other granulomatous diseases.Entities:
