Abstract
This case report presents a 68-year-old woman with a symptomatic coronary artery fistula. Usually these rare congenital malformations are symptom-free but in this patient the fistula began to cause various arrhythmias after it thrombosed. Her symptoms resolved completely after connective surgery.Entities:
